Carly started her dance career at Marjorie Armstrong School of Dance when she was 5 years old and began classes at First Stage at age 14. She took numerous examinations and became a teaching assistant at the academy. Carly loved studying all sorts of classes, but primarily focused on ballet, modern, tap and acrobatics.
She performed in numerous shows and was also been involved with local theatres throughout Derbyshire as well as performing in five professional pantomimes at the Derby Playhouse. Carly graduated with a BA Honours Certificate in Dance Studies from Roehampton Institute, London in 2001 and then furthered her career in the Dance Industry by living in Spain for 6 months and performing in a children's Disney Show. She has been working in the Leisure Industry for 13 years now as a Studio Instructor, teaching Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Attack at health clubs across the City, regularly taking part in Les Mills Launch Days.
